Investment Outlook 7/1/2011 Excerpts... The market averages rallied sharply in the last week of June, but not enough to erase the decline which occurred in the second quarter. The market fell victim to the reduction of economic growth estimates for the second quarter, as well as the ongoing saga of debt restructuring in Greece. For the time being it appears the European Union will provide funding for Greece following the Greek Parliament’s agreement to austerity measures despite wide spread citizen protest.
Investment Outlook 1/1/2011 Excerpts... The market averages closed 2010 with a strong finish as the various indices approached two year highs with double digit gains in the fourth quarter. As we entered into the fall of the year, investors had several worries on their minds. These concerns included the European sovereign debt crisis involving the PIIGS countries, inflationary concerns for some and deflation concerns for others, high unemployment, falling housing prices, geopolitical news surrounding the upcoming election, as well as whether the Fed would implement QE2 and what effect that would have on the economy. All of this and more led to probably the biggest concern, a double dip recession.
Investment Outlook 7/1/2010 Excerpts... The stock market sold off during the second quarter as investors worried about an assortment of issues
that included Sovereign debt in the Eurozone.

would improve. Ample liquidity in the market would enable hedge funds and private equity firms to

occurring in the month of May. The correction has eliminated most of the advance experienced in the
